Welcome to Khaver Farm!

We are a budding regenerative hazelnut, chestnut, and silvopastured meat operation located in the hilltowns of western Massachusetts.

Co-founded by first generation farmers Jessica Marshall and Yonatan Katzelnik, we aim to combine climate-resilient agroforestry practices with the wisdom of our diasporic Jewish cultures. Our animals will be raised throughout our hazelnut and chestnut hedgerows, grazing on nutritious perennial pasture while managing pests and fertilizing the trees.

We will be offering organically-raised kosher geese for Rosh Hashanah 5786, keep an eye out for preorders starting in summer 2025!
